WesterosCraft (westeroscraft.com)
WesterosCraft is a creative multiplayer Minecraft server with a diverse global community that is dedicated to building the entire world of Westeros from George R.R. Martin's A Song of Ice and Fire/Game of Thrones at the highest levels of immersion and realism. I developed an organic content-focused digital strategy for the server.
The goals were to:
• Improve engagement with current and potential audiences;
• Increase brand awareness;
• Bring greater traffic to the WesterosCraft server and social forums.
The biggest challenges are WesterosCraft's position at the conjunction of several overlapping niche interests, such as Game of Thrones, Minecraft, and medieval history, and the server's minimal budget.
As a result of the minimal budget, efforts were directed to owned and earned media, including showcases and features of WesterosCraft's projects on all social media channels. In general, efforts include a combination of content creation, targeting, and social listening.

I have led WesterosCraft social media efforts since 2019, focusing on developing the server's accounts into tools to interact with both current and potential audiences and bring greater brand awareness and traffic to the WesterosCraft server and community. I make use of trends and regularly interact with influencers in similar areas of interest to expand the server's potential audience. In my first 2 years, social media efforts increased inbound traffic for the WesterosCraft website by 40%.
